Here's something I painted some years ago in acrylics so although not strictly a new work, I thought it was
nevertheless worth including on the website. I love the springtime cherry blossom, and every year I find myself
marveling in it's beauty and thinking about incorporating it into a painting. I'm sure I will do so again.
In this painting I chose a kingfisher, and created an invisible diagonal line of interest from it's beak, which points
to a tiny ladybird (which I hope you can see) thus creating a factor of interest that would not otherwize be there.
